I have been a vegetarian since about 1986. Vegetarianism was a piece of cake for me. No issue whatsoever. Becoming Vegan has been a never-ending challenge. I don't drink milk or eat eggs straight out, but if they are an ingredient, I usually will. (whereas I don't do that with meat at all)

Here are some of my issues, any suggestions or advice would be appreciated as I am finally at the point of being disgusted with myself for not being able to go vegan by now.

Cheese, god help me I love cheese. I have yet to find a good vegan alternative.

Eating out. I eat out a LOT. I do not cook and have no intentions of cooking. I do not eat fast food but what are some favorite vegan meals at other chain restaurants?

Convenience. Again I don't cook so ease is a must. I need to be able to grab something and go. Frozen, prepackaged, whatever. I love PBJ but there is only so much I can eat of it.

Pizza. My husband is NOT a vegetarian we order Pizza a lot. What major chains have vegan crust?

I know Peta has a nice list of easy vegan shopping items on their site but is there another sire that has a similar list or even a list for restaurants? I used to have a guide, by the vegetarian society I think, but I can't find it anymore.

I've found that you can go just about anywhere and find at least one thing thats vegan. A lot of times I'll minus or substitute somthing. And I always ask if there is any meat or dairy product in them. I've gone so far as to saying I'm allergic just so they'll take me seriously.
Those links seem VERY helpful! Good luck to you! It will only get easier ;)
